Connecting Trays (UL Approval)
FLEXTRAY splice recommendations have been engineered and tested to hold published tray loads. Do not risk installation failures or problems with other manufacturers’ suggestions to use fewer splice connecetions. FLEXTRAY’s loads hold what we publish.
- Washer Splice
Splice Washers are the most widely used splice method. This method can be used for widths from 2” – 24”.

The Splice Bar adds stability to splice connections. This method is recommended for widths from 12” – 24” in runs of 300 feet or less.
